1. Management is not responsible for the loss of valuables. All your valuables should be kept locked.

2. Please try and stick to the usual timings. You are required to communicate in case of late arrival to the management to avoid gates being locked at times.

3. Rent is considered and calculated between 1st of every month to end of every month.

4. If you choose to vacate the PG you will be liable to give one month prior notice or payment in lieu thereof (i.e. unable to give notice, equal amount for rent will be compensated for notice period).

5. You are required to stay in the PG for a minimum duration.

6. Refundable security deposit will not be adjusted for rent; it will be refunded only at the time of vacating the PG [if applicable].

7. Maintenance charge is payable at the time of joining the PG and the same is non-refundable irrespective of duration of stay [if applicable].

8. You're responsible for the any damage/breakage/loss of any items in the PG including electronic/kitchen items and actual cost has to be paid by you.

9. PG accommodation has been rented to you; you're not permitted to share your accommodation. If a guest is found without prior information, strict action will be taken which includes a fine and/or eviction from PG.

10. You need to inform the management about your return date, in case if you are not reporting to PG for more than 2 consecutive days.

11. Following documents need to submitted at the time of joining (subjected to the management satisfaction)

    a. ID proof-Aadhar Card/Driving License /Passport / Pan Card/ Voters/ Identity card/ any other ID card

    b. Permanent Address proof - Aadhar card/ Passport/ water bill/ electricity bill / telephone bill any other proof

    c. Working / studying proof- companies/College ID card [if applicable]

12. After 10.30 pm windows and doors has to be closed while speaking with someone in phone or with the roommate.

     Noise and loud speakers are strictly prohibited during sleeping hours.

13. You are not permitted to keep luggage on the floor, as it's difficult to clean the floor.

14. Footwear should not be kept in the rooms or under the cots as it dirties the floor and also causes inconvenience in cleaning.

15. Wet waste and dry waste have to be put in separate dust bins provided.

16. Shared resources should not be taken to rooms for personal usage, if found the person will be fined.

17. Geysers should be switched off after use light and fans should be switched off when not in use.

18. Water and electricity have to be used efficiently.

19. Drinking of alcoholic beverages and smoking on the PG premises is prohibited

20. The above terms and conditions are based on the PG's policy, procedures and are subjected to amendments and adjustments from time to time.

21. In addition to the above, you should also adhere to the policies mentioned by your owner while joining the PG.
